You'll immerse yourself in a programme within one of our three core pillars of Leadership, Transformation and Specialist Skills. Each course will last a year or more and is fully funded by Royal Mail. You'll gain lifelong transferable skills while making meaningful contributions in your daily work. You'll also develop into a Royal Mail Leader of tomorrow, playing a crucial role in our transformation and supporting our strategic direction as a key specialist.
