Our Digital Academy is a one stop shop for everything Learning - at a time and a place that suits you. Everyone has their own learning style and here you can sign up for a class, join a Connect and Learn session, read an article, watch a video, or get started on some e-learning.

If you join us in a management role, you’ll also have free access to LinkedIn Learning, offering a further wealth of learning topics. You can even make your own playlists and get individual recommendations.

It’s all there to guide you through your professional growth and support your personal development journey.

Royal Mail Scholar
Open to all managerial-grade colleagues, Royal Mail Scholar offers high-quality apprenticeships to advance your career or excel in your current role.

You'll immerse yourself in a programme within one of our three core pillars of Leadership, Transformation and Specialist Skills. Each course will last a year or more and is fully funded by Royal Mail. You'll gain lifelong transferable skills while making meaningful contributions in your daily work. You'll also develop into a Royal Mail Leader of tomorrow, playing a crucial role in our transformation and supporting our strategic direction as a key specialist.
