Our employee app ‘Robin’, powered by Workvivo, gives you access to everything you need at Royal Mail Group. Use the app to update your personal details, view your payslips and annual leave, order uniform, find answers to all sorts of queries, catch up on the latest news from across the business, and connect with colleagues nationwide.

Our employee resource groups

Royal Mail Group has seven employee resource groups, connecting and bringing together people from all parts of the company. They were started by our people, for our people and are a great way to meet new colleagues. Our networks play a critical role in supporting the needs of our colleagues. They amplify the colleague voice as part of the One Royal Mail action plan. Our vibrant networks create communities for our diverse colleagues to celebrate dimensions of difference and create safe spaces for dialogue between underrepresented groups and allies.
