Apprenticeships

At Royal Mail, it takes the collective efforts of all colleagues to keep the mail moving and delivered to addresses across the UK. We have a range of apprenticeship opportunities available in key functions such as Engineering, Fleet Maintenance, Operations and Project Management. Our opportunities range from Level 3 through to Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships and all enable you to learn whilst you earn.

From Operations to Commercial, Tech and more, you’ll spend rotations across Royal Mail’s infrastructure to learn our business inside out, as you lead, motivate and manage change across the nation.
