In this business, an eye for detail is key. As a sorter you’ll need this to ensure parcels are in the right place for delivery or dispatch. Your main responsibilities will include unloading parcels and heavy bags from our vans, as well as scanning items so that we can track parcels through our network, sorting parcels by destination, and loading parcels on to vans ready for distribution.
Working as part of a team, your role is critical - if a parcel's in the wrong place, we can’t deliver our promises to our customers.
Start your day by planning your delivery route and performing vehicle safety checks. You'll collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses, going the extra mile for our customers. Enjoy a rewarding role with best-in-industry benefits. Friendly, positive, and proactive, you're looking for a long-term career in a growing company. A team player, you build strong relationships and strive for the best results. You can lift and carry parcels up to 30kg. A full UK manual driving licence (Cat C1) with no more than 6 penalty points is required, and you'll need to show your licence at assessment.
There’s always a lot going on in operations, and that’s why we’ve got a wide range of opportunities available. Below are some of our main roles:
Delivery & Collection Managers

Customer Service Managers
Customer Service is at the heart of what we do, and as such you’ll be playing a key role in the organisation, liaising between our customers and operations on a daily basis to ensure we’re delivering on our promises, as well as developing the customer service team to deal with day to day enquiries.
Operations Managers
Responsible for one of our depots, you’ll be working closely with your management team to ensure that operational plans are in place to keep the operation running efficiently, while meeting customer expectations, as well as being profit and loss accountable.
Hub Managers
With over 400 colleagues, our hubs are a hive of activity, using cutting edge automation to sort and distribute tens of thousands of parcels a night. You’ll be able to get the best out of people while working in a fast paced environment, where meeting the dispatch time is key.
Contact Centre Managers
Managing one of our inbound or outbound call teams, you’ll be strong at motivating your team to help the business meet sales and customer service targets.
You enjoy customer interaction, have excellent communication skills, and have a great head for solving problems and making customers happy. Either on the phone, by e-mail or face to face in our depots, you’ll be dealing with enquiries, from arranging delivery of a parcel, through to customer visits. You’re passionate about delivering our customer promises, and taking ownership of issues that come your way to make sure they’re solved.
